All you need to know is grealish is in the lineup. He is the catalyst for all Aston Villa attacks. They could have rested him the final two games but he wanted to play

Chelsea is a more defense-minded team and even if they are up, they will, by nature, and coach, see it out.

so Villa +1.25 goals is decent IMO
