Actually, reading the article again, there is a picture of his ticket and it is captioned "

So like one game he bet correct score to be 4-0 at 10/1 odds and the game was almost over and the score at the moment was presumably 4-0. I didn't see that the first time I looked. The guy deserves nothing except his $14 back.
