#4Grizz are hard to trust in a big spot like this. They are technically better than the Spurs and played them well this year but it’s hard for me to take them in these must win situations until they prove they can handle these spotsComment -

#10Nobody expecting anything of the Spurs. Aldridge dumped 'em. White got hurt. Losers of 4 straight coming into this play-in. Grizz just seem like a mess to me though. They don't know where their bread is buttered. Is it Morant? Is it Brooks? Is it JV? Is it Jackson? etc etc

“But it wasn't difficult for the Grizzlies when they visited San Antonio for back-to-back games on Jan. 30 and Feb. 1. Memphis won by an average of 24 points.
Seven players scored 14 or more points when the Grizzlies recorded a 129-112 win in the opener and nine players scored in double digits in a 133-102 rout two nights later. Backup point guard Tyus Jones registered a career-best 14 assists in the latter win.
San Antonio won the first meeting, a 131-119 win in Memphis in the season opener for both teams on Dec. 23. DeRozan scored 28 points for the Spurs, while Morant poured in a career-best 44 points for the Grizzlies.“
2-1 and the Grizz dominated in those 2.Comment -

#22^^ I'm trying the Grizz and Lakers tonight. Both home team favorites..
Yesterday both home team favorites won and dominated so it's trending now. Watch both road teams win tonight and shock everyone including myself... lol....
I hope not though. Gambling can be a tricky game to play come playoff time especially in the NBA.

#24I am a Grizz fan.
They came into the bubble last year in control of their own destiny to avoid the play in and make the playoffs and couldn’t get it done, lost a shitload of games when stakes were higher, ended up in the play in and lost.
This season when they’ve needed to win games down the stretch to potentially avoid the play in or at least secure a 7 or an 8, they did have a few nice wins but dropped games to some shitty ass teams they should have never lost to considering what was on the line. They went from in control of the 8 spot to where they had to win against the warriors to get to the 7/8 game and lost and ended up at 9 and now they have to play popp in a must win. They’re the youngest team in the league and we just don’t have any indication that they have what it to takes to win in high stakes situations.
There may be a play to be made here. I’m shocked at the amount of bets on the Grizzlies honestly.
If they do what they’re capable of doing they should win and cover. This just ain’t the type of game where I’d trust them at all. A true no-play for me, as boring as that is. But maybe I can help you avoid a loss hahaComment -

#28I picked up SA in the NBA Contrarian Fund, something I'll be tracking for the playoffs as the NBA Contrarian market has been depressed and we expect some type of playoff bounce.
Good Luck guys.567 19-May SA +4 (-101)

#31If you have time to sit and watch the game, there's almost always no point to ever bet a playoff game pre game. You will certainly almost always get better odds live, unless you think it's gonna be a wire to wire win for one team. Last night, whether you wanted Boston or Wizards, you got much better in game odds. But if you wanted Pacers, you were probably screwed. But that's very rare for a playoff game.
If the Lakers go down by 5 tonight in the second quarter, you'll get them at -3 for the game for example. Or if you like the Warriors, and they go down by 9 in the 3rd quarter, they're gonna be like +400 to win the game.
So just for example, if your fund is telling you to take the spurs +4.5 tonight, if you get that up to +7 live, you just annihilated your original fund play.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

The trigger now is pre game with the market info we have now.
Once the game starts, information does change (I'll acknowledge that by the end the overall change may not be that much), but the LIVE trade is most definitely a different bet altogether, even it still the same team and number, because the info we are using is different.
Limits are different too.
But I get you, I hear what your saying, especially in the NBA. Best thing is to manage to get both teams as an underdog moneyline during the game.
And that can happen mutliple times in in a single NBA game and be totally normal.Comment -
