Try getting a misgrade fixed at any book. Outside of a small handful of offshores, 7 times out of 10 you'll have to repeatedly call back until you get a rep who is willing to accept the possibility that you're correct and not cite BS rationale for the wrong grade. And many times you have to find a way to escalate the issue outside of normal channels because you're getting nowhere.

Retail stores and restaurants are one on one support it’s much different than 15,000 customers online as far as a Sportsbook

Most overrated book is BAS. It's currently an A rated sponsor that took the place of parent book 5D. Software has since changed and they limit quickly if you hit a win streak. Big disappointment. Yes they pay, so a C for me.

Most underrated book is BetNow. In fact, SBR still doesn't have a rating on them. Been with them 3-4 years and they don't limit. Can't get a bonus with them anymore because I'm net up, which is understandable. Solid out--B rating imo.

The only way any book should be rated a A is when they can do a btc payout as fast as they can take a btc deposit

I'd go a little longer and place it at 2 hours maximum in case of a situation where a player tries to take advantage of a misgrade. This only applies to substantial balances. Otherwise it should be faster.

Could be just me, but Mr. Play is a B+ and they screwed me big time with no support from SBR. I would be wary with them.

I have been paid multiple times from Betnow and SBG and they should not be black list.
