You got one of the best pitchers in MLB versus one of the worst especially at Globe Life Field. Lyles has made 3 starts at home this season and has gone an awful 0-1 with a 12.27 ERA with 7 walks and 5 home runs in just 11 innings over 3 starts! YIKES! His lasy start he gave up 5 runs to the Red Sox and home start before that 7 runs to the Angels. The Yankees should be able to pounce early on Lyles and get out to a comfortable lead. I also wouldn't expect Texas to do too much going up against Cole. Cole has given up 3 runs combined over his last 5 starts where batters are hitting just .177 off of him. The Rangers score less than 4 runs a game at home so good chances they score 2-3 runs here and I definitely see the Yankees scoring enough to cover the run line.

If I could rate Texas just a little better here I think they would trigger too. Nobody wants Texas and everyone wants the White Sox in what promise to be very high volume games here tonight.

By no means would I bet into that -300 on the Yanks. Cole could pitch 7 inn with 2 runs and come away wth a L. The Yanks just don't put the bat on the ball enough for me so far. -300 is crazy..but I do get it wth Cole the 2nd best pitcher in the game
