There we go. SBR, two things....as Brock said, a reassuring statement that things will be okay and maybe a REALISTIC timetable of this project being completed. Communication, as stated, would be great.

Thanks for the responses Texhooper and Optional on my question on withdrawing my funds from BAS. I do want to give you and anyone else that would like to know their responses and my status.

First, they do not do book to book transfers.
Second, I got in touch with a nice customer service guy that has arranged a ** withdrawal by waiving the $30 fee. This will allow the withdrawal to stay above their minimum of $100.

It appears he saw the problem being caused by the $30 fee and has indicated this was a one time thing. I will post back more info when the transaction is completed which should be sometime Monday.

For those that might be interested, BAS allowed me to withdraw all my funds using M***G, and I picked ups the cash this morning. Everything went very smooth and was fast.

Is this an opinion? Or have you talked to someone there? They seem to be going in the wrong direction. Yesterday offered NBA and MLB props and in-progress options. Have not offered either of those options today. Also gave us the option to buy up to 15 points in NBA spreads earlier this week. Now only offers us the option to buy up to 4 points. Gave us the option to bet in-progress for meaningless NHL regular season games earlier this week but not giving us the option to do so for the first couple NHL playoff games so far.

I waited a few days and started asking questions to management and they said Everything will be back in time so I started playing again

It seems more stable now but of course it’s not finished product

I have to say BAS' statement was a little disappointing. Having customers' financial data wrong is a little more than the site being "glitchy". I wish they had addressed the issue a bit more directly, to give us confidence that they know about it and have it under control.
