Yes it is correct.

Half of your bet is a loss (due to #2 being LOSS/PUSH).
25% of your bet is 2 wins and 2 PUSHES (#2, #4)
25% of your bet is 3 wins and a PUSH. (#2)

So:

7.50 is Loss = -7.50
3.75 is 2Wins (+115, -116, PUSH, PUSH) = +11.26
3.75 is 3Wins (+115, -116, -116, PUSH) = +24.21

(+24.21)+(+11.26)+(-7.50) = $27.97
