This is way more of a lock than the same line on any kind of game. There is no bounce of the ball risk. Seems to me the only risk is if one of these guys gets killed or maimed today. So I'll wait until 10 minutes before the draft.

That said, I will note the event that turned my biggest ODDS win ever. It goes back several years to a draft prop.

It was the Leinart/ReggieBush/VinceYoung class. I watched a lot of CollFB back then. I'd seen enuf tape to surmise that those guys had flaws:

*Leinart. Played on a loaded team, which made him look better. Pop-gun arm, questionable release.
*Reggie Bush. Big enuf to be a lead back? If u take him that hi, you're paying for a return man, 3rd down back, and RB who might max out at 15 touches per game.
*Young. Great college QB. But everyone knows the transition to NFL pocket passer is dubious, at best.

I wasn't sold. They had just played in the big Rose Bowl game. Books posted odds of all 3, plus Field bet as a lark.

Field was 100/1. I bet it. SAT nite b4 I see the text come thru that...Mario Williams has been signed as the #1 pick.
