She is having a great year but lets be clear. She has ALWAYS been a below average cream puff singles player. Doubles different story. She is one of the best if not the best doubles player. Singles she is fade city. This tournament has had one of the easiest if not the easiest draw in the history of tennis and she is an 8 seed. Sablenka got one of the toughest.

i watched the match and I don't think it was a "ploy". The actual ploy was conchita’s coaching & the crowd; ridiculously cheering for mugu even when she won undeserved points like ball striked the top of the net and bounces over...

I know Dougy has to be ecstatic with tonight's outcome. I am just glad I didn't reload and take that juicy over +900 I seen. Although I did she only a +157 prior to the MTO. I only lost a 50 future that most likely wouldn't hit anyway but that 2nd set would of been a confidence builder for her. Nice hit to all that had her.

My feelings on coaching is they need to kick them out of stadium when caught or allow coaching. No in-between. Same bullshit. Kenin's father when he coached her and Stefanos father are an annoying distraction.
