Baylor is very good for sure but they depend heavily on Mitchell, Gonzaga is more balance and gets more scoring from their frontline with timme.

Baylor’s weakness is their dependence on Mitchell, Gonzaga doesn’t depend too much on any one player, Butler is good but he’s a shooting guard not a playmaker like mitchell.

Houston was 28-3 coming in the tournament, but they played in a very weak conference, and Houston has only played top 25 teams a couple times. The best teams Houston has played are Texas Tech, Rutgers, Oregon State, and Syracuse.

In every single game Houston shot below 40 percent from the field. They won all 4 games because of defense and rebounding, but they failed to shoot even 40 percent from the field in a singe one of those games, and they trailed Rutgers, decent team not on Baylor level, by nearly 10 with 5 minutes left in the second half. Baylor is better defensively than all those teams and they are better offensively as well.

Baylor beat Illinois by double digits, and Illinois was the best team in an conference that Rutgers finished 7th.

Houston's path has been very easy to get to the final four, they beat a decent but not strong Syracuse team and an Oregon State team that had weak guard play. Baylor is significantly better than any of the top 4 teams Houston played in the regular season and tournament and Houston struggled offensively in all 4 of those games.
