Honestly, really no need to scam. I pour very strong drinks for those who tip well. Depending on who I work with, I'll have a couple shots on the clock with regulars.

It's good money, and it's a really easy job.

Put the beans in the vodka, wrap it all in foil to keep any light out, and put in the freezer for a month.

Store it in the freezer too as it will keep acquiring the flavor for a couple more months.
