so the first time he traveled by bus to place the 9k bets was for himself. he had around 9k left in his account.
the 2nd time he went back again was to place bets for someone else (maybe he showed his ticket to others other than us obviously...then got requests to place the bets)...

He never recovered from that.

I was wrong, both favorites won so I wished him the best with his tweaker problem and gave him points. I gave him half of my daily 12 points and told him stop tweaking.

He reported me for giving points.
