                    In my opinion, you are placing far too much emphasis on the named starter for the Dodgers, Kershaw or Bauer.

                    How many innings do you think he'll pitch? If he does go, say, 7 innings, what are the chances the Dodgers manager waits until he gives up 2 or 3 runs before deciding to pull him? History shows that that particular decision for Dodgers managment is not situationally related.

                    With that behavior, and a team like the Dodgers, sometimes it's better to look at whether or not the Dodger offense is going to be supportive. Of course looking at both is best.

                    For now, I'm not so sure it's up to Dodger pitching, as good as they are, each game. Other factors really do seem to want to get in the way of that. From managment, to hitting to...
