Belgium is the "best team in the world". Not sure I agree with that but their midfield might be which can control games. I am not sure if Turkey is under the radar anymore but they have been playing real well lately minus that 2 goal lead they blew last game. They don't control the game with possession like Belgium but they make good use of their chances and can score quickly.

Not sure if the Tott defenders still play together. Don't really care for the big goalie, too slow.

When I looked at the odds...the traditional team that's ALWAYS there is Italy (10/1). But same thing, I MUCH preferred Buffon (who would organize his defense) vs this young over-sized goalie.

If I had to take a flyer on longer odds, why not Denmark 50/1? Good goalie, Eriksen can be a difference-maker. And the Danes often seem to punch above their weight.

The one thing I'll say is that the former-Yugoslavia nations have an unusual concentration of talent in Soccer and Tennis:
*Montenegro (pop = 800k) drew England 3x.
*Croatia (pop = 3.5M) made the WCup final.

Crazy that NoMac could up-end the Krauts.

I looked at the odds. If I had to take a team to win it I would choose France. They might have a better team than when they won the World Cup with. As for Denmark it's certainly a possibility they beat England but lost twice to Belgium. At 100/1 turkey just looks really tasty. I'm a degenerate so I just locked in man city to win ucl and turkey to win euro at 327/1. I really like the first leg especially with lewandowski getting hurt for a few weeks. The only team playing as well as city is bayern and chelsea.
