i like capt's strategy. i need to scale it down for myself but it is interesting.

The way my mind works is if i deposit a higher amount and have a bad losing streak say $1000 a deposit that is $10000 i lost on a 10 game streak. But if i keep it lower and start lets say $420 and i always find a decent bonus somewhere then i would lose $4200 instead. But if you get hot and i have been hot in the past , you can end up way ahead for the year.

The biggest thing though is stay out of the casino. I once i get over $1000 at Jazz and GT block them. At least almost every time. I think i slipped up twice over that and being me that is not too bad. What you do not want is to get to $4000 + and lose it all in the damn rigged casino. I do not think there is a worst feeling and tell me i am wrong than this scenario that has happened to me in the past.

You just hit a huge sports bet All in going from $3400 to get to $6800. You think great i just need $200 and i am at $7000. You lose every hand losing it all. Everything gone after a huge Win that you just sat through for almost 4 hours watching GONE in 5 penetrating minutes. That is why i block them at $1000 plus now.

I need to keep giving myself the $4500-$5000 shots. The more of them the better. I have to start hitting some so far 0 -3 this year. Somehow despite having the worst luck i have ever had somehow i still had 3 shots . They just all missed.

Try a new book for you. Sometimes that finds a way to change your luck. Had for me.

Exactly never start large great strategy start with what you can afford to lose and if you get it up slow down and be more selective that way your always in the game have ran 500 dollar deposits into 100 k many times

I haven’t taken a bonus in 4 years or so the last time I took one and realized I had to roll it over 12 times I was over that bonus shit

If you start small, taking your garden variety bonus isn’t really worth it. Depends on what he means by small, I usually start with $100 and work it up and getting an extra 10, 15, 25 bucks isn’t worth being strapped to a rollover.

Though I will say overall yes start small and crank up a balance is the way to go. I’ve been keeping up with my overall figure these last few years, and while it is firmly in the negative, this I do not lie about, but what is mostly to blame are the times I’ve decided to go with large deposits and big plans and then it backfires. You gotta start from a position where you can easily turn a profit early, then ideally again and again and again and again. All the while working your way towards a good size bankroll and a responsible bet size percentage.

The flip side is you put yourself in debt $10,000 off the bat with a $100 unit and you’re gonna spend years trying to make that $10,000 back in a responsible manner, or you’ll lose it if you start betting like a fool. Either way you’re probably fukked. Just start small and build. Like someone up there said if you’re gonna win then you’re gonna win.
