I agree, he's going to be favored against both, though I can't see him winning against Fognini, Schwartzmann (two matches agains grinders, probably long games) and then against Rublev. Even if he manages to do that, there're Tsitsipas / Zverev / Medvedev waiting.
At @ 25-1 I'd throw 0.5 units on him, at 12-1, you probably get better odds just rolling 0.5 units on ML since round 2.
