These are not laws

These are rules, with enforcement questionable and yet to be determined by a court, and penalties not established by an elected legislative branch in any State.

Frankly, if I'm vcu players, I'd sue the NCAA since they lost revenue from being unable to promote their likeness and image under that new ncaa rule.

What's even more shocking is that they cancel a game due to this civid BS but yet Magic Johnson was allowed to play in the NBA w fukking HIV lol

As a player, being paid and playing for free are different.
Magic was rich and so were those playing against him. The opposition could have opted out if they wanted to.
College players aren't rich and would die to play a 64 game.
The powers that be thought that might be a bad decision.
The rules were set up BEFORE this shin dig started. I wish it didn't happen but it did.
