Crazy black chick doing 60+ thru oncoming traffic. She rammed about 8+ and eventually came to a stop with the car beat to shit. They unloaded multiple bean bags thru her windshields and she refused to get out for hours. They eventually brought in 3-4 armored vehicles and surrounded all sides of the car and placed tear gas inside the vehicle. Even with the tear gas she held her grounds for what seemed like 15+ minutes until a young girl came running out the car that was never seen furring the chase as the car had blacked out windows
