LOL, funny. There's a kernel of truth to what u say.

Truth is that VERY FEW wrestlers can parlay it into a lucrative career:

*A handful can become successful UFC fighters.
*A handful can become top NCAA coaches. But the pay aint great.

Some WILL go into coaching. They'll enjoy it, but not make huge bank.

Lee is likely the exception. A guy like Kyle Snyder gets good endorsement deals. Assuming that he has a successful surgery, his end of amateurism will lead right into some endorsement $$.

It's a good team right now. If u watch, you'll see that there are stars. Guys w/ lots of hardware.

Read up your history of the sport. It sure ain't the 1st time that a wrestler has gone deep despite blown ACL:

*North Carolina - Rob Koll won NCAA on a blown-knee. Pinned his guy in finals.

*Oklahoma - Kaeding finished 2nd at Hwt on blown-knee. Almost won. Stalling call, b/c he couldn't move so good.

*Cornell- Yianni won NCAA on blown-knee. I think he wrestled L3 matches on it.

*Iowa - SLee. Not sure WHEN he picked up the injury. He was simply THAT MUCH better than his opponents. BTW, he did something similar in HS when he finished 2nd in PA vs #4 guy in USA.
