Ever since the pandemic started I've been all over map as far as sleep schedule.

Currently I usually go to bed when the sun is coming up, wake up about 2 p.m.

11pm to 3am the devil wakes me up with a night terror & then I stay up a couple hours & sleep from 5am to 9am & that’s how I get my 8 hours. Having said that it’s 6:45 am why am I up posting, time to finish off my sleep cycle.
