ESPN 2 looks like 1990's 360p

Is this just my tv provider or wtf is up with ESPN2? Channel looks like something from the mid 90's in 360p definition. It has been this way for a while now, not sure what's up.

Yeah, I was watching a basketball game and it seemed really familiar like I've seen it before. I tried to live bet the action only to find out it was a replay from the 1988 final 4.
