Problem solved. I received an email stating I would get my money back and the account closed. (which is what I asked for or I would file a complaint with the state) This was all over their system claiming I used a mock location app on my phone. I have absolutely no reason to do so. If you look in the BBB link I posted, you'll see someone else had the same problem 2 months ago.

not sure about NJ but bet MGM was shit when I lived in Vegas. They tried to tell me the same thing as horseshoe when I was literally betting in their own casino with the app. they locked my account but was finally able to withdraw the money and close the account. Will never bet with them again..

Have not had any issues with MGM in Jersey.Have been paid very quickly. I have had an issue with FoxBet
