We are getting blasted with a blizzard right now, OVER a foot is down already (14 inches here in Connecticut and another foot of snow is on it's away). We were warned this past Thursday that all weekend long expect zero degree temperatures (the weather people nailed that correctly) and then on Monday (today) expect a nor'easter that will croak us with over a foot of snow. (They nailed that one correctly)
Holy Mother of God it's a mess here in the New York City, New England, and Boston regions.
If you live in the I 95 North region, and there are millions of us, I don't have to tell you.

Arctic air has been keeping it south.
15 miles south has been snowing for 6 hours and they have almost 6 inches.

No, my family has been here for 4 generations, going back to the 1800's.
It's in your blood, if you're not from these parts you don't understand what I'm trying to say.

I'll take this weather for 2 1/2 months a year over the Houston or Florida humidity any time.
I like cold and what comes with it better that heat that makes you sweat and sticky.
But that's just me.

Plus the dry cold air is much more heartier than humid heat.
