Archie cannot take ibuprofen because was diagnosed with CHF. So just regular strength Tylenol for me. Sucks as I used to take Tylenol Migraine like it was water.

ah, sorry to hear. Do you know what your Ejection fraction is? if you had an echocardiogram, CT, or MRI they can tell.

That is basically they number they determine heart failure from, and it's not static. you can improve it drastically and essentially get yourself out of heart failure. The first two cardiologists my Dad had, didn't even tell him this. But he improved his EF from something like 30% to 64%, which is on the high end of the normal range. most healthy people are between 55-70%

Doing amazingly well. Thank you. Went from just taking Tylenol to 10 medications daily Last echo was on 6/2/20. Next one scheduled for 8/10/21. On 6/2 my EF was a >55 (55-60)
