Bones is known for stepping on grass where phil would drop

for instance...off a cart path....bones would be stepping and walking where the drop would be (in rough)

then after an official comes and he gets relief, that grass would be stepped down for an easier shot

same with after going in a hazard and needing a drop with a penalty

Nice, thorough video there! He picks up his ball but is obviously "massaging" the alleged embed where the ball gently landed from 1 foot in the air. Nobilo, Finch, and Faldo nailed it - The 15-20 seconds poking and pressing on the embed area sealed his fate in golfer's eyes.
