Fanduel is the operator. WFT owns a license in Virginia, chooses a vendor and has some sort of revenue share. They did get a jumpstart vs the competition in VA though. By end of next week VA will have 12 licenses issued. Fanduel got theirs on Wednesday and opened for business yesterday.

What's to stop them? Plus they have a financial interest in the outcome.
This is bullshit

Dude, what the hell are you talking about? They can set whatever line they want, but it won’t influence Vegas or offshore. They’d just take a ton of one sided action on whichever team the moved it in favor of. They’d constantly have their pants down and would consistently get buried on bad lines.
Do you understand how any of this works? Any book or bookie in the world can set any line. I can start a book today and make the Chiefs -10.5 over the Bills. Why does that scare you? The only thing that would happen is I’d only take bets on the Bills, and I’d be totally ****** if the Chiefs didn’t win by at least eleven.
Financial interest in the outcome? Okay now you sound like an idiot. They already have financial interest in the outcome. And if they wanted to bet for/against their team, they could have been doing it for decades. Them having their own license changes nothing, and they wouldn’t place bets at their own book anyway lol.
Maybe you missed it, but Las Vegas had the Raiders all season long. Did you throw the same tantrum about that?
Seriously man, this is really low iq shit here. Your tinfoil hat is no good if it inhibits your brain from thinking critically.
