William Walters: A retired professional gambler, Las Vegas-based William Walters had been sentenced to prison for five years in 2017 for conspiring to commit insider trading from at least 2008 through 2014. Walters, who was 70 at the time of his conviction, was also ordered to pay a $10 million fine. Trump’s commutation of the sentence was supported by former Majority Leader Harry Reid and golfer Phil Mickelson, among others.
