Bookmaker Loyalty Points/Bonuses

I have got my ass kicked at Bookmaker and lost over $25,000 this football season at bookmaker and over $70,000 since I opened my account but they removed me from loyalty points and deposit bonuses many years ago. Is there any way to get added back to be eligible for deposit bonuses and loyalty points? When I asked their customer service person he just said I am not eligible. Does SBR know a manager I could talk with to see if I can get added back to loyalty program and deposit bonuses?

I believe that’s a glitch. On mobile, log on and in the upper right hand corner where there is a generic profile pic graphic click on that and then click on bet points from the drop down menu. It should give the option to redeem.

If they disabled your betpoints, I don’t think you should still be accruing them.

I never had issues with them. I bet big and was winning my first year so they disabled my points and do not allow any bonuses for me. But i have been losing for the last 10 years now and it is frustrating not to get bonuses or points. I logged in on my phone and clicked the icon in upper right and it shows 0 betpoints so I have not been getting any points for 10 years.

i have asked at least 5 times over the years to get betpoints/bonuses reinstated but they will never do it... even though i am way down there, once they think you are sharp they never change

That happens on my pc as well but works on my smartphone. I don't know why. So try that on your smartphone.

I grew up in Ohio but am not there anymore but still root for my Ohio teams.
Bookmaker took away by loyalty points and ability to get reload bonuses 10 years ago when I may have been up $1000 but I have lost consistently there since and it is frustrating that bookmaker customer service just says management removed you from loyalty points and bonuses so I can't get anything. I try to explain I am down a shitload but customer service can't add me back so I was wondering if SBR or anyone knows a manager at bookmaker that could review my account and possibly add these options back or maybe I should just play elsewhere.

I'm not sure it would be appropriate to file a complaint since Bookmaker has the right to remove loyalty points or bonus options, I just think they should consider adding those options back in some cases and it would help if SBR or anyone had a management contact there that could review accounts and make appropriate adjustments.
