Someone claimed they have facial recognition. I doubt that they do or are that intent on players unless it's like the blackjack crowd from MIT/21. When you enter if they don't recognize you, do you think they will ever notice if you're not a big player or making waves?

Remember that scene in Casino, when he is narrating how one guy answers to this guy, who answers to that guy, who answers to another guy, etc.? Each person answers for what goes on in their "station" and they spend the day watching over it. The lower level pit manager or even dealer may suspect you're counting and it goes from there, whether you're in a $100 pit or a $10 pit.
