Why do teams still playing give other teams permission?

This bugs me.

Why, if you're still playing, are you giving other teams permission to seek out your staff?

Is it so wrong to say 'No, not till we're done" and keep your staff focused on the playoffs.

People start thinking about next year too soon. In all aspects. Need to set some boundaries

they should wait till season ends for all coaching and such. just let the public focus be on the playoffs.
