Interesting, I'm very similar...very competitive in everything i do and hate losing. I finally got sick of burying myself and digging a hole so big that subsequent wins would do nothing for me unless i won it all back. I had to change the way I framed losses in my mind, looking at things in a macro perspective. I look at gambling as a continuous venture and losses come with the territory.
