Garrett couldn't win games in 2019 with a healthy offense that generated a +113 points differential. Part of that was down to the questionable head coaching decisions Garrett made late in games. This year his team finished #31 in points scored. He's not a terrible HC but if you could pick anyone to be your HC he wouldn't be on the top 20 list. Then again does the Chargers owner want to win playoff honours or make a bigger profit by being 8-8?
