Women coaches can probably coach basketball as well as men. There definitely are some NCAA womens coaches that would do better than men coaches. Hammon is definitely better than some NBA coaches.

She's not gonna earn the respect from grown men in the NBA. They will laugh at her behind her back, she'll be a punch line joke in the locker room, players will ignore her in the huddle when she's trying to draw up plays. Assistant men coaches will always get more respect from the players.
