Almost forgot to mention with every bank I did this with you don't have to do an actual DD from your employer even if they require one. Except for HSBC I did an external transfer from my bank to their bank & as long as it shows up as an ACH Credit ( which it always does except at HSBC..not worth it anyway..3 straight months EACH! of 5K in DDs for a $450 bonus ) it is recognised as a DD.
