I still think they did the right thing, 19 flipping seconds left, no timeouts. You gotta tell your rushers be extra careful, no roughing the passer penalties or, of course, face mask penalty. Drop 8 guys back, let them have anything under 25 yards to the sidelines. Give them one hail mary pass.

Upon looking at the situation again, it Miami hadn't jumped offside, they probably lose. Raiders had 3rd and 1, if they run for the first down, they could have run the clock to 3 seconds and ended the game on the FG. But the penalty gave them the first down without running a play and the clock moving.

It was the right call. You always milk the clock in this situation. Raiders defense is the worst in AFC.
