ND is obviously weak for top 4. Lawrence plays in the first meeting with Clemson and Clemson probably blows them out by even more cause it was earlier in the season and Clemson looking for style points. ND should be 8 at the most.

teams like that have to go undefeated for 2 straight years to remotely have a chance ucf showed us that, coastal will be ranked much lower than they are now come next preseason thats where the fukery begins. if byu would have won out theyd prob be in or close to being in, coastal beats them and only ranked 4 spots higher. I wouldnt put coastal in the playoff they dont deserve that they just dont have the resume. liberty prob beats coastal now

Lol people forget that Notre Dame beat Clemson with a QB that would start for any other team but Bama, Clemson, or Ohio State. God some of you are stupid. ND also killed UNC who happened to destroy Miami the following week.
ND is a really good team. A top 4 team. Maybe people need to realize just how good Bama/Clemson is compared to everyone else. They own college football and no one else is remotely close. Clemson will prove that against Ohio State in two weeks when they win by 28+ points.

I don't get how some discount beating Clemson without Lawrence like it's not an accomplishment. The 2nd matchup was inflated because Clemson was obviously out for revenge.
I'd love to see how Coastal does against Clemson with or without Lawrence. They'd get destroyed either way

I think Georgia or Ole Miss should be in the playoffs
Only two teams who were able to play the 2020 CFB Champions close in the first half:
even though ole miss is 4-5? or is there a joke in there that I missed

CCU beat 2 ranked teams and went undefeated, and among top 25 teams tied for the most games played with Alabama for the season
What are we doing when that doesn't get you in the playoffs?

The liberty back literally put the ball down. It wasn’t fumbled. He lost his mind and tried so hard to keep it out of end zone he literally put ball down

If I know the rule right, if Coastal scores on the last play of the 4th with 0:00 on the clock, they won't kick the extra point and 40 to 34 is the final score ... so +6.5 covers ... if you're on Coastal, they have to score with time left on the clock.

Same thing in overtime if Coastal has the ball last in a tie game ... no extra point kick

Of course. But it's certainly possible to win by 7 in a college OT. Even 8 is possible.

How are we not talking about the liberty running back literally putting ball down on goal line? That wasn’t stripped out. He was trying to keep ball out of end zone and he reached back and put it down.
