I like offshores. They pay you in 1-3 hrs when you are down -$3,000 for the week.

Their bonus is trash, 15x rollover. Barstool and most other Pennsylvania books give you bonus money with a 1x rollover or a risk free bet of up to 500 dollars.

Their bonus is not competitive.

No re up bonuses pa books for most part

Most USA books are not like offshore with constant 50% re ups
