The Bulls also didn’t have as good of a record as the Knicks one year in the eastern conference when they won their first 3 titles. The Bulls played a playoff series against a team with a better regular season record multiple times, they won all of them.

The Rockets weren’t even a top seed when winning titles in the mid-90s, the Celtic teams that got to the finals three straight years didn’t care about the regular season either.

The list goes on, but the argument is over.
