He left patriots with 350 million earnings between endorsements and salary. 37% fed income plus 5% income tax means he paid already about 150 million in income taxes alone. Let alone all the other taxes like property,sales. And all the indirect income he’s generated for others that was also taxed. Don’t forget his wife also. If he used it to pay his employees as it was intended who gives a shit. If he didn’t then he has to pay it back anyway. Any competitors are also taking advantage why should he pay out of his own pocket? That’s not how companies work. Besides it probably wasn’t even his decision but someone running company for him. If I forked over 150 millions of dollars to lazy people who don’t work and don’t have to take hits by freaks of nature I’d take advantage too.
