A few comments on tourney review:
1) Things happen. Maybe more than others, I don't sweat it. It's life. Have fun and try your best. I enjoyed it, just tried to do my best.
2) Was asked one question, and I think it's a good one. If there's ANY comparison between the Soccer World Cup and this Poker World Cup...the Soccer World Cup is FILLED w/ tie-breakers. There are a lot of tie-breakers to determine Group Champion and Advancing Teams.
As tight as these standings get, I do think there should be a Tie-Breaker in place. I'd recommend:
1ST TIE-BREAKER: Most Wins.
2nd Tie-Breaker: Fewest 4th-place finishes.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -
I disagree about a tie breaker . As one lucky enough to have shared 1st place in '19 and '20 after being behind going into the final tourney, I was glad there was not a tiebrk.
A tie breaker could very well have been determined BEFORE start of the 11pm and taken away all the drama of the must wins by Jedi in '19 and Gary in '20 AND the must NOT CASH by world this time and west last year.
I don't think it's bad thing that 36 people got a share of that generous 1st place award
If it's felt that ties are bad , maybe changethe scoring to make them less likely.

Matty hope you’re feeling better. Nothing worse than a migraine. I’ll just say this and be done. I made a comment during the World Cup Poker Tourney towards Chaoz after he felt his team was treated unfair. In that comment I merely stated that SBR could not even verify what region he was living in (confirmed by Opti) so he probably shouldn’t have played, and just give it a rest. Couple hours later he proceeded to drop his players. Now we don’t play for huge stakes as I have family and friends play along with some of my close SBR friends but 1st place is $425 (oh by the way both you a peavy are huge favorites to win). To do that is totally unacceptable when one thing had nothing to do with the other. I don’t care if he apologizes or not, guys a jerkoff in my book and could go fuk himself for all I care.
