Ppl going home, ppl taking different jobs, lots of positions to be filled, limited knowledge by many of the initial workforce...etc. Lots of options for an experienced person. SG and William Hill, online operators and brick shops having hard time with stability. Frustrating but part of the growing rollout. Lots of learning going on. Detrimental on customer satisfaction.
