Tyson vs Jones voided draw and over 6,5 rounds

Hello! Yesterday I had two bets on the fight between Tyson and Jones. One was over 6,5 rounds and the other was draw. Both bets have been voided, I have contacted the live chat to ask for the reason and the answer was because the judges where not on the fight and it was a "technical draw". Is it a good reason? or they are just trying not to pay out?
