Same here. I'm usually attentive and go the "intermediate" route, but realized 10 mins later I Fked up.

This was about 7 months ago, so it looks like I "dodged the bullet."

Cashapp banned me and I never once sent from site to cashapp directly. I also did very small volume through there. I probably made $10k in buys $500 at a time and did even less in withdrawals. Doesn't make sense.

Same with me. Only mine were much smaller. I used them for about 2 weeks and only did about 5 transaction for $25 each. Lol. Apparently the amount does not matter. I asked them why they banned me and would not tell me. Strange company.

Yeah, so bizarre. I was in my account trying to buy $500 in btc and it wouldnt let me and kept getting denied. So I tried to change checking account/debit card linked and it wouldnt work and then I emailed them and they said my account is no longer available for transactions. Wouldn't respond to any questions.

I think if you are not obviously investing or trading, they think most people are up to no good and they don't want to take any risks of regulator fines.

                        I don't get it ...

Why use money/cash apps for sending and receiving with books/bookies? The IRS will ping ya for excessive big $$ funneling back and forth. You guys don't think a red flag will trigger an audit when doing over $10K of receiving/sending a culmulative total for all cash apps? No different than depositing and withdrawing direct to bank acct. Doesn't matter if ... you have 1 to 9 different cash apps = 1 to 3 bank accounts = 1 Social Security# = You. Everything is reported.

Either do it with cash in hand at a casino or a street cash bookie. Even cashing in on offshore accts are traceable from wiring, cashier checks, crypto (multi-acct blockchain funneling included), ... Eventually, you'll get caught. I know of 3 people that got screwed from aforementioned.

What's the best method? Real Cash in Hand.
2nd best?..... I guess Bitcoin, but it's a pain in the ass to funnel via blockchain, then find a legit offline bitcoin broker that will trade for cash at the local starbucks. ha. I don't see the pleasure in keeping my money in bitcoin limbo to only use it cautiously buying stuff online via bitcoin.

                        Am I way off here?

Not questioning people personally, .. just trying to cover my own ass.
