Or the 16-6 game with the Raiders. Last week had 30 mph wind though. Rain not horrible for Over if defenders slip or somebody runs a fumble or two back.

Personally I have Philly +125, but I can't tell you why exactly? Just think Cleveland is the worst team with a winning record in the NFL. Myles Garrett is a one man army too and he's out. Their defense is shit without him

People that ask this have not been to Cleveland and get this opinion from the media. Cleveland is one of the best cities in the US. Very real people, very open pretty women, not a lot of fake, hard working, loyal people. A lot of things to do, especially sports. If it didn’t snow, I’d still be living there.
