Yesterday's one day record was shattered with +161,541 new cases..

I remember not too long ago we thought 70,000 new cases per day was extreme...

At this rate there will be 200,000 to 300,000 cases per day in no time..

Serious/Critical cases are at an all time high as well at 19,273....

Serious/Critical are the most important numbers to watch as the larger they get the more hospitals will be overrun which means the death toll will spike to unheard of numbers..

Right now there are many people at ER's waiting to get in, setting in their vehicles on oxygen/ventilator machines..
(these people won't be put on the Serious/Critical list until they are actually in the ER)

I'm 9 blocks up from the beach in the 90402 zip code. North of Montana Avenue and just a bit South of San Vicente Blvd. Google it. I don't care. I'm about to sell my house. More exposure the better. Not up for sale just yet on the 1031 tax exchange.

I'll post my real address on this forum when it's up for sale and my house is completely empty and on the market. MLS listing and all. SBR will get the first look.

I encourage that exposure. I live in a VERY NICE home that I kept up well. Retrofitted and all for earthquakes. Two rental units in back legal and all. Both back rentals rent for $2500 each. Singles but really NICE.. Both empty now as I'm getting ready to sell..

That's my deal.. BIG life change coming up for JIBS soon and I welcome it..
