I think Payton will start Winston but you'll see even MORE special packages and plays with Hill taking snaps and you'll see some wild cat snaps to Kamara and other innovative gadget stuff

they aren't going to throw Hill out there with a slim lead of the division over the bucs right now. the goal is to keep it close until Brees can get back, by any means necessary. but its not time to see what someone has.

you roll the dice with the QB that can get hot and has done it many times before, with a big downside and not with the WB that can have the same big downside and maybe doesn't even have the high upside.

Less pressure on Winston with the extra shit that defenses will have to prepare for, with the unique capabilities that Hill brings.

who will be the 3rd QB now? Its an important position for the Saints, when if your starting QB goes down, Hill has the potential to get hurt on special teams and playing TE, RB, and QB in the course of the game.

If I'm Sean Payton I'd start Taysom Hill and run about 50% RPO packages...Hill definitely has a strong arm and can make NFL caliber throws and with all of the weapons the Saints have at their disposal, the offense will open up similar to what the Ravens did last year with Lamar Jackson and what the Washington Football Team did with RG3 in his rookie season.

I don't think much should change at all. Hill is trick stuff. Winston, despite lots of INTs in career, has thrown, thrown, and thrown more. He's perfectly capable of being QB in that offense. Want a few more rushes, fine. But Winston is fine.

Winston can throw the deep ball something Brees couldn't. This is a nightmare scenario for the Falcons. I liked them to win with Brees but now I actually like Saints with Winston.

dont much care for winston much these days being int prone but Id have to be dumb not to start him ur not gonna win doing wildcat and tricky stuff all game and I wouldnt want to try and rely on hill dropping back throwing too many passes might be a mixed bag not sure what u gonna get just doesnt have the experience at this level and saints have not done a good job in that dept. in developing it. only 18 passing attempts in 4 yrs.

It makes more sense to start Winston, the offense is designed for a pocket quarterback and a big reason bill does well is because teams have a tough time preparing for 2 different quarterbacks with different styles.
