#7the biggest issue for the Suns was not only the general lack of service to Ayton, but getting him the ball in the right positions to score. CP3 should help massively in those two areas and Ayton's numbers/touches should increase substantiallyComment -

#15Horrible trade for the Suns.
CP3 is old as fock and probably will get injured in the off season practices this year.. Reminds me of the Lakers making that horrible deal for Steve Nash years ago.
You don't give up the gold for old injury prone players!! OKC wins in this trade!!
So Paul and even Dwight Howard had a good year with limited games in the bubble. WHOOPIE!! Next year not the case.Comment -

#16Oubre is a good player but they went 8-0 without him in bubble so I think that is why they thought they might be better without him.Comment -

#17You get an old injury prone point guard in Chris Paul that probably will continue to be injury prone and out for half the season when you already have a star point guard in Booker that is killing it. Hmmm? Suns gave up a draft pick also in this trade.Originally posted by rm18Oubre is a good player but they went 8-0 without him in bubble so I think that is why they thought they might be better without him.
Paul is 35 years old. He is a bridge to the primes of Booker’s career, and an expensive one at that. He is owed $41.4 million this coming season and $44.2 million in 2021-22. That leaves the Suns short of max cap space in 2021, when they could have pursued a younger running partner for Booker. But adding Paul now is a win-now gamble that could prevent Booker from seeking a trade were Phoenix to fail in free agency.Comment -

#18Oubre definitely wasn't needed, they've got lots of young talent at forwardOriginally posted by rm18Oubre is a good player but they went 8-0 without him in bubble so I think that is why they thought they might be better without him.
what they'll need now are solid backups at PG and SG, that's where they're really lacking (Carter and Payne are junk)Comment -
