They can't unless they go by some STRICT statements in their rules, but if overturned, it will still not look good for them in a few peoples eyes....................at this point still a semi-longshot BIDEN is not certified into the nuthouse that is the White House

Just my 2 cents here. Trump has the right to challenge the election and he is doing so. Until His legal challenge is decided bets should not be graded.
I also have political bets pending at 3 different books. Some are winners and some are losers. I'd love for them to get graded today. But I understand why they are not.

I'd go 97% to Biden. Again, certainly not enough to grade a wager yet. Even if there is a 0.1% chance Trump wins the wager should not be graded yet.
