What's the downside for you? You'll likely be getting $1000 -$1500 a month from each of them, correct? I certainly understand the aesthetics argument, but if they are going to be right next to your property, you might as well be getting a check too.

Aside from that, I can't imagine Biden is foolish enough to put Hunter in his administration directly.

Its termed global warming, hence the sky rocketing price of utilities. A hybrid solar/wind system is perfect its ALL the power bank. Wholesale solar has great deals on systems and tons of educational tools.
Another thing that kills me is these small towns accept money from the gov when that happens codes are enforced hence skyrocketing fees for minor inspections(as in more than the inspected project itself costs). So you have taken my taxes and getting kickbacks from the system, thats not enough then they issue bonds to raise more money.. This fiscal irresponsible has got to stop.

well, there is that. Pheasants should stay below the blades for the most part, but they are hell on raptors. I know they're an annoyance to crop dusters and private pilots as well. I hate the look of them personally, but if they're on the adjacent property, you're going to have to look at them anyway.
