All books are different. Bookmaker said they wouldn't grade wagers until January 20, 2021.

BetOnline said they would grade the wagers once everything was "official". Well.... what does "official" really mean with court hearings in progress? So.... every book probably must be emailed separately... in how they grade it.

The media can not officially declare a winner, they can only report an official winner.

Neither of the two parties can declare themselves official winners.
